Terms and conditions of the online store

§ 1
General provisions
These terms and conditions set out the rules for making purchases and providing services electronically through the Belleco.nl online store, operated by
Artvel van Cosmetics, based in Hankweg 43, 2641 WV Pijnacker, registered in the Register of Dutch Companies under the number KVK 51757060, with tax identification number BTW NL002462274B33, hereinafter referred to as the “Store“.Use of the Store is tantamount to acceptance of these regulations.
Terms used in the regulations mean:
a. „Customer” – natural person, legal entity or organizational unit without legal personality, making purchases in the Store;
b. „Product” – cosmetics and care-related products available in the Store’s offer;
c. „Order” – Customer’s statement of intent made using a form available in the Store, aimed at concluding a contract of sale of a Product or Products with the Store;
d. „Contract” – Agreement for the sale of a Product or Products concluded between the Customer and the Store through the Online Store;
e. „Account” – registered customer account in the Store;
f. „Registration form” – A form available in the Store for registering an Account;
g. „Order form” – an interactive form available in the Store that allows you to place an Order;
h. „Shopping Cart” – functionality of the Store that allows you to collect selected Products before placing an Order.
§ 2
Orders
Orders in the Store can be placed via the website available at the following address www.belleco.nl.
By placing an Order, the Customer confirms that he/she has read the terms and conditions and accepts them.
The store reserves the right to refuse to process the Order in case of violation of the Rules by the Customer.
§ 3
Prices and payments
All prices of the Products in the Store are in Euros and include the VAT applicable in the territory of the Kingdom of the Netherlands.
The store reserves the right to change the prices of Products and conduct promotional campaigns at any time.
Payment for the ordered Products can be made by bank transfer or using the online payment systems available in the Store.
Processing of the Order begins after the payment is credited to the Store’s account.
§ 4
Delivery
Products purchased from the Store are delivered within the Kingdom of the Netherlands via courier companies or postal services.
Delivery costs are charged in accordance with applicable rates and are visible before confirmation of the Order.
The lead time and estimated delivery time are given to the Customer at the time of placing the Order.
§ 5
Complaints and returns
The customer has the right to file a complaint if he receives a Product that is defective or does not conform to the order.
Complaints should be submitted in writing to the Store’s e-mail address within 14 days of receiving the Product.
The store considers complaints within 14 days of receipt and informs the customer of the outcome.
The customer has the right to return the Product within 30 days from the date of receipt, while keeping its original packaging and its integrity intact.
§ 6
Data protection
The administrator of the personal data provided by customers in connection with the use of the Store is Belleco Cosmetics BV, based in Pijnacker.
Customers’ personal data are processed in accordance with applicable laws, including Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 27, 2016 on the protection of natural persons in relation to the processing of personal data.
Detailed information on the processing of personal data is provided in the Privacy Policy available on the Store’s website.
§ 7
Final provisions
These Regulations shall come into force on the date of publication on the Store’s website.
The store reserves the right to change the regulations at any time, with the obligation to inform customers of the changes.
In matters not covered by these regulations, the provisions of applicable Dutch law shall apply.
