BellBLOND Plex BLACK Brightener. Dust-free powder lightener with Plex system and bamboo charcoal up to 9 tones.

Designed for all bleaching techniques, both whole hair and highlights. Specially formulated, rich in 100% natural Bamboo Charocal – bamboo charcoal (Ecocert approved). It has detoxifying and cleansing properties that prevent the undesirable effects of severe bleaching. Use with 10 vol, 20 vol, 30 vol, 40 vol oxidant.

APPLICATION:

Mix one scoop of brightening powder (30g) with 60 ml of oxidant ( ratio 1:2), apply to hair, wait until the desired degree of brightening is achieved while constantly controlling the brightening process.
