BellBLOND Plex BLUE Brightener. A dust-free powder lightener with the Plex system up to 9 tones.

Designed for all bleaching techniques, both whole hair and highlights. Contains Plex System. Special Polyamino Sugar Condensate complex with strong nourishing moisturizing effect, guarantees maximum hair protection during hair treatments. Use with oxidant 10 vol, 20 vol, 30 vol, 40 vol.

APPLICATION:

Mix one scoop of brightening powder (30g) with 60 ml of oxidant (1:2 ratio), apply to hair, wait until the desired degree of brightening is achieved while constantly controlling the brightening process.
